1.General rules:
First : In order to enhance the operating performance and strengthen the work of after-sale service ,we make the rules .
Second : this service rules contain three parts : General rules , Maintenance operating procedures and Detailed articles .

2.Maintenance operating procedures
The operating procedures contain three parts below: First : Fee service : it contains the services which shoud be charged in maintenance of our products.Second : Free service : As long as the product is under
warranty, the maintenance service is free.
Third : General administrative work: it contains the administrative work related to the service, such as: inspection work、parts management、maintenance of equipment、short-term on-the-job training, and other work except the Fee service and Free service.
3.Detailed rules of warranty service
Warranty peroid : from the date the products were saled.
Description:First. The time of warranty and product exchange begins from the date the customer purchases the product.
Second: the host has one-year
warranty for free; and the accessories 6 months.(Accessories contain
toolbox, USB connecting cable, power and other wearing parts)
Third: The accessories and information, such as Software-CD, Product Manual, etc., are not within the warranty.
Fourth: If there is some fault caused by quality problem within 15 days from the date the product saled, you can return the product to our company to exchange immediately.
2、warranty scope:
If the product has some fault within the warranty time and scope,the customer can go for warranty or exchange the product with warranty card and invoice or receipt; if there are not warranty card and invoice or receipt, it will be treated as the product which is out of warranty.
3、out of warranty:
First, the host and components are after the warranty period.
Second, failure or damage caused by using、maintaining and taking care the product not in
accordance with the Product Manual.
Third, failure or damage caused by maintenance personnels who are not
designated by our company to maintain the products.
Fourth, failure or damage caused by force majeure or natural disasters.
Fifth, failure or damage caused by unexpected situational factors or man-made causes (including computer viruses, bump, input inappropriate voltage, etc.).
Sixth, failure or damage caused by other factors expect product design, technology, making, quality, etc..
4、The cycle for maintenance:
It needs 3 working days to maintain after our company receive the product. Then,the repaired product will be returned to the customer.
5、other issues:
First, during the warranty period, If there is some fault caused by quality problem, the product can be exchanged immediately. If the product is out of stock and can not be exchanged, the customer can exchange other kinds of product for temporary use
by mutual agreement. Once the product has been repaired, the customer can exchange the product back.

6、Pledges
First, Product software and hardware failures are free for maintenance within the warranty time and scope.
Second, we maintain our company’s products for life.

Fourth, receiving the buyer’s repair notice,
consult with the buyer about the situation immediately, record and respond to the buyer.
Fifth, if the problem can not be solved in the phone, the customer could express the product to our company for maintenance. If it is urgent to use the product, the customer could negotiate with us for quick repair, and the product would be repaired well not more than 48 hours and expressed back to the customer.
Sixth, fee of maintenance service which is out of warranty is charged based on our company's price list .
7、Commitment to freight:
The customers bear the freight sending the pruduct to our company, and we bear the freight returning the product to the customer. If the product we have checked has no quality problem indeed, the freight of returning the product is born by the customer,
freight collect.
8、Complaints and suggestions:
