1. Which chief items need pay attention to during measure?

A.Must ensure the surface is smooth, and measures area must be bigger than 8 millimeters ( Measures aperture) .Meanwhile,ensure the measure surface is stick with the colorimeter body to avoid the abnormal measure values due to light leakage.

B. Object surface color should be concolorous, and the parts measured can not have mixed color or mottle.Meanwhile avoids measure surface have reflected light material which has metal power, otherwise it will affect practical measurement result.

2. Why do the measure 's data are different from other brand's apparatus at some data?

   A .Because each kind of apparatus' optics structure, adopted light source, inspected angle is different so that the data have some differences.But all apparatus are made according to international CIE standard,the only difference is the testing conditions, as the metre and feet can’t be compared only after they are converted.

B. Each kind of apparatus' precision is different,some famous brand ones do have big difference in testing data between different model.So the different data will be smaller between the same brand models.

 

 

3. How to measure some thin plastic sheets and some round arc’s object?

A.The simple means of measuring the thin plastic sheet is to put a white board under the measured object or put an thick printing paper into the measured object to avoid inaccuracy due to the light penetration.

B.For some objects which have big arc,can measure it as only as it estops the measured aperture and keep close to it,but for the small arc objects can’t be measured due to the light leakage.

 

 

4. Why the software shows that it’s impossible to check the colorimeter?

   A. After installation of software,need to turn on the colorimeter and connect with USB,then insert the the computer.Then it will clue to install the driver.Notice:need twice repeated installation.

  B. After the installation of driver,close the operated interface,and open it again.If it can’t measure the colorimeter,redraw the pin of USB and try again.Notice:apparatus and computer can’t be connected until the colorimeter has been turned on.
